Crystal Fighters
In a sometimes overly standardized electro world, bands like Crystal Fighters
easily stand out. The Anglo-Spaniards of Crystal Fighters use electronics and
samples alongside conventional instruments, and also introduce sounds from
Basque folklore. Electro rock, funk, Basque folk, psychedelic rock and fiery
lyrics set Crystal Fighters apart. After a debut with Kitsuné, Crystal Fighters
released the album Star of Love in 2010 on their own label, distributed by PIAS.
This debut album establishes Crystal Fighters as one of the leading lights of
the electro-rock scene.
