Capsule is a Japanese electronic band formed in Kanazawa 1997 by singer Toshiko Koshijima and producer Yasutaka Nakata. The J-pop duo made its debut with the full-length album High Collar Girl in 2001. Inspired by the Shibuya-kei movement, albums like 2003's Cutie Cinema Replay and 2004's S. F. Sound Furniture earned the band a devoting following, as well as a growing presence on Japanese television shows and assorted advertisements. After shifting their focus to electro house music during the mid-2000s, Koshijima and Nakata turned Capsule into a Top 10 act with 2008's More! More...
