Butterfingers
Formed in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 1993, Butterfingers is one of the most
popular grunge / alternative rock bands in their home country. Founded by Emmett
(lead vocals, guitar), Loque (lead guitar), Kadak (bass), and Kalai (drums), the
group originally formed when they were students at Malay College Kuala Kangsar.
Initially a metal band, they changed their style to reflect the popularity of
grunge and punk music. They recorded their first two-song demo in 1994 before
