Brett Kissel (May 27, 1990) is a Canadian country music singer-songwriter. Born
in the small town of St. Paul, Alberta, he grew up on his family's cattle ranch
in the Flat Lake region and picked up the guitar at the age of 6. In 1995, he
was discovered by local country star and philanthropist Danny Hooper and
recorded his studio debut Keepin' It Country came (2003) when he was just 12
years old. In 2006, he became the youngest CCMA nominee after being nominated
