Big Toe
Tonio Dalfolgo, who is best known to German hip-hop fans as Fatal or Big Toe,
was born in Berlin on March 8, 1990 to Bosnian parents. The gangsta rapper,
whose lyrics repeatedly incorporate the harshness of the streets, then grows up
in the Ruhr area. He became known to a wider audience after signing a record
deal with the underground label Hell Raisa. Big Toe took off commercially in
2011: His first solo album Toxischer Beton also puts the MC on the radar of
