Bie Sukrit is a chart-topping pop singer, actor, and musical theater star from
Chiang Mai, Thailand. Born as "Sukrit Wisetkaew" on September 4, 1985, he was
still a college student when he participated in the reality TV singing
competition The Star in 2006, ultimately finishing in second place. The show
became a launchpad for his solo career. "I Need Somebody," his debut single, was
released later that year and topped the Thai singles charts. The song also
appeared on his first album, Love Scene. A second album, I Love You Too, was
