Alexandre Peixe
Alexandre Peixe is a Brazilian singer-songwriter who performs mostly the musical
form known as axé, which blends Afro-Caribbean influences of reggae and calypso
with Brazilian pop and folk elements. He has collaborated with many top
Brazilian artists including Ivete Sangalo, Daniela Mercury, Jorge e Mateus and
Durval Lélys of the band Asa de Aguia. He released an album titled 'Peixe Ao
Vivo Em Salvador' in 2008. Songs include 'Pra Falar a Verdade', 'E Você Nem A'
and 'Nao Sai Da Minha Vida'. He performed at venues across Brazil in 2018.
