Born in Dakar, Adji Kane Ouza Diallo grew up in a musical family. Her father,
Ousmane Diallo, is none other than Ouza, a Senegalese musician famous for his
mbalax music, born of the encounter between traditional Wolof rhythms and
Western instruments, and the commitment of his lyrics. Naturally, Adiouza (her
stage name) was introduced to music, as was her brother, who introduced her to
the world of jazz. It was with her brother that she performed her first concerts
as a singer and dancer, and began to make a name for herself, notably in the
clubs Le Méridien, Just4U and the Auberg...
