Since the early 2000s, this energetic, multi-faceted Parisian rock band (A.S.
really stands for association sportive), born under the aegis of Bertrand
Burgalat, has led an atypical career. After accompanying Michel Houellebecq and
then meeting their godfather on the album Meets A.S Dragon (2001), Peter Von
Poehl went solo, leaving the hitherto all-male quintet to forge a stage
reputation through extensive touring and two albums with lead singer Natasha Le
Jeune.
